The Locals Only youth were out with the carts on Saturday, June 30th at Victoria Park. It was a beautiful sunny day and the youth set up with painting supplies to decorate the benches, which are going to be used for the rest of the summer for sitting around the carts. Many children and adults alike stopped by to help cover the empty spaces with bursts of colour and designs.
