You may have noticed the Locals Only art and food carts out last week. The mobile market in partnership with AKA and CHEP Good Food Inc. had a successful soft launch last week. The CHEP food cart was out at the Riversdale BID on the morning of June 19th, selling fresh fruit to pedestrians on 20th street. The Locals Only youth artists went out with the art carts on Saturday, June 23rd in Victoria Park. The youth had a blast making pop-bottle planters with the locals in the park chatted with pedestrians about the Locals Only summer projects. The Locals Only art and food carts will be out every week all summer. Check out our July cart schedule for dates and locations and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to keep up with Locals Only.
